Plie your way to strength! Dance Barre is a workout that targets multiple muscle groups all at the same time. No dance experience is required, although the class will include fun and easy dance moves that are always beginner friendly. Using ballet barre, we will work on toning and strengthening our legs and core, while having a fun workout – always playing new and interesting tunes.
