Dance Fitness

We offer fun dance fitness for all levels and ages 19+. Currently we offer low impact, high intensity and all levels classes in Dance Fitness.

High Intensity: This high intensity cardio intensive workout will make you sweat but keep you smiling with our edgy, sassy and never boring music and choreography! We are always adding new music and choreography with each new multi week session. Dance styles vary from pop, hip hop, latin, 80’s to belly dance, flamenco and more. Please bring a water bottle, comfy shoes and a sweat towel. 

Low Impact / Beginner friendly: This class is an easy, fun and effective way to get a lower impact workout while dancing. We will be dancing to easy-to-follow choreographies, and exploring different styles to a variety of great music! We also include some full body toning workouts for strong core, lower body and arms. This class is a slower paced and we will take our time to find our groove and learn the steps while constantly moving. You can do this class without jumping, while still getting your heart rate up and getting a great workout. This class is beginner friendly and accessible for every level.
